Marcos Hagerman, from HGR Arquitectos, invited us to this project; we had to design a trellis made from cement-sand mortar, to be part of the facade for a building located in Narvarte neighborhood, in Mexico City. HGR is an architecture and design studio established on 2009 and located in Mexico City; it strives for an active participation on the development of the city through designs that integrate social, economic and geographical issues for each project. HGR considers that the importance of details and the usage of different materials in order to innovate on construction processes are fundamental parts of their methodology.
