This project has its origins on a collaboration between Ula Light and Ariel Rojo, as well as with artisans from Santa Clara del Cobre, a town within the Salvador Escalante municipality, located in the state of Michoacan. In order to create this new collection of lamps, we carried out an extensive research on the properties of copper. The Santa Clara Line is composed of five different lamp designs, each one with a different lighting, in order to generate varied atmospheres. For the finishing of these pieces, we worked along with Ana Cyrielle, chemist, so we were able to achieve a wide range of tones and shades, based on copper oxidation.
